Hello Juniper Ridge Residents,

Spring is just around the corner and it’s time to start preparing our neighborhood for the new season. We would like to remind everyone to clean up any fallen limbs, leaves, and other debris in their yards. This helps to keep our community looking its best and reduces the risk of fire and other hazards.

In addition to yard maintenance, we would also like to remind residents that the community club house and pool will be closed for maintenance and summer preparation from March 15-20. This annual closure allows our maintenance team to perform necessary upgrades and repairs to ensure that the club house and pool are ready for the busy summer months.

Dear Juniper Ridge Residents,

We hope this message finds you well. As we work together to maintain the beauty and safety of our neighborhood, we would like to remind all community members of two important rules regarding street parking and garbage cans.

First, we would like to remind everyone that on Wednesdays, street parking is not allowed from 8am to 12pm to accommodate our street sweeper. This is important to ensure that the streets are cleaned thoroughly and effectively. We ask that all residents please park their vehicles in driveways or garages during this time.

Additionally, we would like to remind residents to bring in their garbage cans promptly after garbage day. Leaving garbage cans out on the street not only detracts from the appearance of the neighborhood, but it also poses a potential hazard to pedestrians and vehicles.

The holiday season is upon us and the Juniper Ridge HOA Board would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year. This is a time for celebrating with loved ones and creating cherished memories.

As we enjoy the festivities, we also want to remind everyone to take a few moments to inspect their properties for potential winter freezing. This includes checking your pipes, faucets, and outdoor hoses to make sure they are properly insulated and protected from the cold. Also, remember to turn off and drain outdoor hose bibs to prevent them from freezing and causing damage.
